International Ticket Applicants
For disabled members of the International General Public, tickets for wheelchair users are available.  Wheelchair users are offered to purchase a Disabled Access Ticket and may request a complimentary accompanying person’s ticket. The accompanying person will be seated as close as possible to the wheelchair user, however, the exact location of the seat cannot be guaranteed.  At the time of your application, please indicate if you apply for a ticket for a wheelchair user and also if you would like to receive an accompanying person’s ticket. Please note that it is not possible to request more than one complimentary Ticket.

Ticket Applicants with other disabilities or needs should contact the FTC regarding their specific requirements.

Domestic Ticket Applicants
For disabled individuals who are residents of Brazil, there are a number of types of Disabled Access Tickets available. Individuals who request Disabled Access Tickets will have to provide proof of the disability as explained below. Disabled customers are offered to purchase a Disabled Access Ticket and may request a complimentary accompanying person’s ticket. The accompanying person will be seated as close as possible to the disabled customer, however, the exact location of the seat cannot be guaranteed. At the time of your application, please indicate in your Ticket application if you apply for a Disabled Access Ticket and also if you would like to receive an accompanying person’s ticket. Please note that it is not possible to request more than one complimentary Ticket.

For Brazilian residents, Disabled Access Tickets are available for:

  • Wheelchair users
  • Obese people
  • People with limited mobility

Ticket Applicants with other disabilities or needs, please apply for a Disabled Access Ticket for people with limited mobility and provide details about your disability and/or access requirements in your Ticket application in the notes section. Customers who apply for and purchase Disabled Access Tickets must provide proof of eligibility upon ticket collection and entrance to the stadium. Failure to provide proof of eligibility at the time of ticket collection may result in cancellation of the ticket purchase in accordance with the Sales Regulations.

Proof of Eligibility
Customers who apply for and purchase Disabled Access Tickets must provide proof of eligibility upon Ticket collection and entrance to the Stadium. Failure to provide proof of eligibility may result in the cancellation of the Tickets.

Acceptable proof of eligibility include a medical certificate that includes the doctor’s CRM as well as an ICD code, a parking pass for disabled people or people with limited mobility, a national “Passe Livre” or municipal transportation card for disabled people or a disability pension letter from the Ministry for Social Security and Welfare. In order to qualify for an obese person’s ticket, a medical certificate signed by a medical professional should be provided which states that your BMI (Body Mass Index) is over 30 kg/m2.

Please be courteous to the other fans, and only apply for these tickets if you truly require them.  They are limited in number due to stadia configuration.
